This property is the only short-term rental allowed on Labrador Lake! It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is designed as a peaceful getaway.



• No loud events or parties.

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM

• Unauthorized pets may incur a $200 fee



Family gatherings and small celebrations for more than registered guests may be permitted- with prior approval.



Getting Around:

Most people drive their own vehicle. Uber and Lyft are available. You may walk the neighborhood for exercise throughout the day, especially morning. Cypress Lakes Golf Course is nearby.



Other Things to Note:

Guests are not expected to engage with neighbors. If any interaction feels intrusive, please do not engage and contact local law enforcement if needed and/or please inform us.



Safety Note:

Please supervise children at all times. The property includes a pool, lake, and decorative pond near the back stairs.

Swimming and lake use are at your own risk.
