"Convenient to everything ddowntown around the Cardiff Castle. Staff was excellent and very helpful. It was a little hard to find and we had to park in the multi level car park a few blocks away. But loved the place.
The only negative thing was the orange juice at breakfast. I'm sure it was a mistake I had already taken a few large gulps of it before I tasted it was very furmented. I didn't do very well from 12 to 24hrs after that because of that. However, the rest of the breakfast was top notch...

The food in the Bistro was excellent and the service from the team in the bar is wonderful as well. Great location for walking to local restaurants and shopping. The window has to be open all day and night and even then is was really hot in the room. There was a portible fan, but when on so noisy it was hard to sleep.
The swimmingpool was not clean, only two showers to use for both men and women
