Nestled among verdant landscapes, this enchanting property offers the perfect sanctuary for nature lovers and those seeking a peaceful place to relax & recharge. Upon entering, you're immediately greeted by a warm and inviting living room, accentuated by a wood stove that promises comfort and coziness during the cooler months. This meticulously cared for home has a thoughtfully arranged layout to maximize your confort. Step outside onto the covered deck with dining area and BBQ and enjoy the sound of the meandering creek at rear and private enough to feel like you're in your own forest! There is also a 2 bay covered carport for vehicle comfort.
Immerse yourself in the unparalleled beauty of the Olympic National Forest while staying at this centrally located 2-bedroom cabin with a hot tub. With its prime location, you can treat the forest as your private backyard, allowing you to indulge in nature's wonders at your own pace. Explore towering trees, your very own creek and meandering hiking trails that wind through lush greenery. Only 10 minutes from 2 beautiful lakes, shopping, restaurants, and golfing.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home on a small creek is a short distance from the golf course, Olympic Park hikes, Hood Canal, and restaurants. As our guest, you will have access to all the beautiful private lakeside parks and boat launches at Lake Cushman Lake Kokanee. Unwind after a day of adventure in the Hot tub, or gather around the fire pit for marshmallows and stories.
Our fire pit comes with complimentary wood and basic s’more fixings. Please be mindful of any fire ban that may be in place.

Your fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook your favorite meal. We provide complimentary coffee, tea, and cocoa. You will find olive oil, salt and pepper but limited on any other spices. Enjoy our propane BBQ equipped with utensils for your outdoor cooking experience.

Bringing a boat? No problem, our covered canopy is convenient and offers the best protection during your stay. We do not include any kayaks, canoes or water related services.
Don’t forget about our complimentary LAKE CUSHMAN DAY PASS! This allows you access to nearby HOA Parks and four Boat launches at Lake Cushman. It unfortunately does not include access to Skokomish Lake Cushman. Lake Kokanee also has a Boat launch and is ideal for kayaking and canoes as it has a 7HP max boat motor restriction.

Guests are welcome to use our new washer and dryer for your laundry needs.

We have a couple yard games along with books, chess, and board games for you to keep the family entertained.

This home is NOT on Lake Cushman, you are situated in a very private wooded setting with a creek, multiple outdoor sitting areas, and peaceful setting. You are only 10 minutes from the lake(s) and parks, making this centrally located property extremely convenient. There are other homes in close proximity, but rest assured your backyard is a relaxing sanctuary and perfect for the family to relax after a busy day exploring.
Our HOA has a Fireworks Ban, effective immediately with a $1500 FINE for each breach.
Guests will be responsible for any breach of this ban

great house

The house is wonderful. The property manager, Kerry, and the owner were immediately responsive with both an issue with the Wi-Fi and a towel shortage. The house is well-appointed. The backyard is awesome. It is quiet and peaceful.

Clean, Comfortable and Relaxing!

My favorite thing about this place is the brook crossing the property. I spent as much time as I could sitting out there. It was so peaceful. The house itself is very comfortable and clean. I walked in the kitchen barefoot and no dirt or grime stuck to my feet! The kitchen had everything we needed, the coffee supplies were great, they offered very good coffee. I brought my own tea, and was delighted to find a tea pot! We went out to the Lake Cushman area to hike, and although the Staircase area was closed due to the fire, we hiked Lake Lena, and another hike, very beautiful area to explore. We did use the guest pass to Lake Kokanee for one afternoon, very lovely! We had several questions for the host, who promptly replied and was very helpful. In every aspect, this is a wonderful place to stay. We will be back! We highly recommend this house.

Beautiful Getaway

We went for a birthday trip with my partner and some friends and were impressed by how clean, beautiful and well appointed the cabin was. Though we were primarily in the area to go paddleboarding nearby on lake Cushman, since the weather didn't comply with our plans we were only able to go to the lake one day and spent the second day entirely on the property which was a dream. The creek really is beautiful and peaceful, and there is lots of space to sit and enjoy the lovely setting. We spent the day taking turns in the hot tub, talking around the fire pit and sitting by the creek. A toddler came to visit with her parents and had fun wandering around looking at all the cute animal sculptures in the yard. We used the grill for several meals, and when it acted odd during one of the uses, our host was extremely responsive. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware, cutlery, pots and pans, and nice serving trays. We didn't feel like we were missing anything.The beds were very comfortable and the couches downstairs are recliners, which were fun for lounging and chatting at night. There is also a dart board upstairs, which we had a fun time playing with. Only notes for visitors would be that the water in the shower turns the opposite direction for temperature, and that sound within the house travels pretty well. We were so pleased with our stay and would love to come back any time!

Great location. Even better manager/owner.

The home was in a more secluded location than we initially thought, which was a pleasant surprise. Very clean and comforting. And, the manager/owner communication was absolutely top-notch. I'd highly recommend this property.

Beautiful quiet creekside cabin

We had a great weekend stay at Creekside Cabin. It's in a quiet cul-de-sac in one of the many subdivisions near Lakes Cushman and Kokanee. The creek that runs behind the home is just lovely and I enjoyed drinking my morning tea out there both mornings. We spent 2 days at Lake Cushman, paddleboarding and enjoying the views. The cabin has everything you need for a comfortable stay and especially if you enjoy cooking your own meals because the kitchen is completely stocked. I would stay there again. Thank you!

Creekside Cabin

Our stay at the Creekside Cabin was wonderful. It was a very nice cabin with a nice kitchen, living area, bedrooms and amazing yard. We enjoyed our evenings there relaxing by the creek, taking a soak in the hot tub and enjoying the peacefulness of the neighborhood. Kerry was very responsive and I will rent this cabin if I stay in the area again.

Magical, private location with a pristine home

We LOVED the backyard, creek and multiple hanging out areas. Hot tub was clean. We used the guest pass to go swimming in the lake and it was easy and fun. We would definitely come back again!

Like a relaxation retreat

It’s a beautiful place and a stay where one can relax and enjoy the simple and most beautiful parts of living. Loved starting the day with morning coffee and a book by the creek and ending the day with a hot tub soak.

Absolutely Breathtaking and Beautiful

I can't express enough how absolutely beautiful this cabin is. We stayed 5 days, and loved every day of it. The cabin was clean and stocked with everything you need includuding medical kit and cleaning supplies. The beds are comfy, too. The backyard was our favorite. The pictures posted on VRBO are amazing and drew us to the listing, but they do NOT do it justice as it is so much more beautiful in person. This is a must see, and we will definitely come back one day. The stream in the backyard was so tranquil, and the seating there allowed us to soak in nature. The hot tub is clean, and hot every night and the jets work perfectly. The only issues we had were the blinds were having issues for the front patio (but the host was amazing with communication), and the fridge water/ice wasnt hooked up, so you will need to use the freezer ice cube makers and tap water. Worth every penny!

Woodland adventures.

Lovely property, very clean, lovely setting. Host left nice touches, felt like a boutique hotel. We had one issue only with the hot tub as the chlorine was extremely high, alkaline extremely low, we couldn’t use it after the first attempt as we developed itchy rashes. It became more neutralised closer to us leaving. Thank you for a lovely stay. Best regards Sara & family

Should I leave a review or not?

I'm so torn because this place, and the property management company, deserve a review but by the time I'm done leaving a review, everyone will want to stay there and then it may be hard to book time there. ;) OUr experience could not have been any better. The property owner thought of everything! The decorations, the house, the property, everything was perfect! It's lived in enough to feel comfortable but you also feel like you're on vacation in a fancy place. The character they added outside is so wonderful. All the little touches made this such a wonderful place to stay! The backyard with the firepit, the stream, and the hot tub couldn't have been better. This was the best vacation we ever had and we will try and stay here everytime we come! The property management company was amazing. Very friendly and professional. We could reach out anytime and they got back to us right away! Everything was perfect. The only "I wish" would have been to have a paring knife, a pizza cutter, and a little more room in a cupboard to put food items. ;)
