"Very large clean rooms"

"The hotel was good - convenient location for golfers. Food and service at the restaurant were great. Hotel & restaurant staff friendly & professional. Only complaint paid extra for a room with a patio - not worth it. Views if a construction site & eye level with the adjacent street. Terrible design. "

"Clean, simple, easy check-in, nice to have a breakfast bar option. They charge for parking which is kind of insane in this area as it’s an area full of strip malls, not downtown. They said it’s because they don’t own the parking lot. It was $10 overnight but more just the concept. "

"We wanted to extend our stay one more night and the resort was not full. Initially the home office maintained there were no rooms available when clearly there were rooms available. We ended up staying for double the price which seemed a bit excessive."

"Rooms were great and grounds were gorgeous! We loved the turndown service and the cleaners did an amazing job daily, the only negative with the room was the intensity of the doors closing…we could constantly hear doors slamming. The staff was so helpful. The pools were great and the restraints were wonderful too. We had an amazing server for breakfast each day at Ironwood and had a wonderful time at Bourbon Steak with Devin as our server. The only disappointing part was the spa and fitness...

"Where do I even begin - rooms are very clean with so many amenities! Pool and snack bar was wonderful - pool is clean, hot tub could probably fit 40 people in it - biggest one I’ve seen! Highly recommend this place! "

"The pull-out bed was in very poor condition—sunken in the middle and lacking proper support—making it unsuitable for sleeping. Additionally, the staff at the Hacienda restaurant were unhelpful and came across as rude. I also had to contact the Privado front desk three separate times to obtain basic information about the gym schedule, which was frustrating. Given the price of the stay, the overall experience did not meet expectations. It may be worth noting that staying during a holiday week or...

"Great, comfortable, clean ans close to everything "

"The room was spacious but not clean. Socks came up dirty after walking on the floors for a few minutes. Carpet and bathroom floors were dirty. We purchased Clorox wipes and cleaned the bathroom floors. Filth came off on wipes. "

"We loved everything about the jw except the pool was so overcrowded and no chairs by 9am because people save them all day. We paid a lot of money to stay here and apparently they let you buy day passes for the locals and it was just many people at the pool. So if you are coming for the pool, I would stay somewhere else."

"Very clean rooms with a nice view of the country club and palm trees. Area is nice with a lot restaurant to dine in or grab a cocktail. The hotel also has a bar passing the lobby and pool. Receptionist was very helpful and polite."
