    - Private Unit: This is a privately managed unit, not part of the hotel. Daily housekeeping is not included. Please treat the space respectfully.
    - Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the building, suite, or lanai. A fee of $750 plus tax may be charged for the violation.
    - Parking: Free valet parking is included. Garage clearance is 6`2`. Large vehicles, vans, and SUVs may not fit.
    - Amenity Access: Access to amenities is subject to availability by the building association. The pool is under renovation until further notice.
    - Key Fob: Loss or damage of a key fob incurs a $200 replacement fee plus tax.
    - House Rules: No parties or unauthorized guests; maximum occupancy is 6 people. Remove your shoes indoors. This is a pet-free and smoke-free unit.

    Should anything become broken or damaged during your stay, notify us immediately so we can resolve it promptly.
