remodeled it almost 1000 sq.ft and 2 lanais
150 sq.full kitchen & kitchenette,2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 sofa beds &especially Free 1cover parking space,they have partial Ocean!Many luxury hotels around .This is rare to find and one of the best location.You are the heart of Waikiki,it is on good for vacation or holidays or honeymoon!This condo is rare to find in Waikiki for nearly 1000 square feet and two lanais which ones lanai has Partial Ocean View & other lanai has city views. It can accommodate up to eight people
comfortably; First room has King-size-bed, TV LG 50’ , AC window & second room has 2 Queen-size-beds, TV LG 50’ & AC window
and 2 sofa beds in the living room. The
couch can be folded down into a bed with
sheets and blankets, pillows, TV Sony 65”, AC widow.There are more 2-air beds and 2 portable folding bed frames with thick mattress for every room in case guests need them. Everything is refurnished and tidy; and each room includes new, quiet air conditioning to keep you cool or open
doors and windows to have access to breezy
trade winds all year round. The kitchen
includes all kitchenware that you can use,
along with the rice cooker; coffee machine;
quick, portable boiler; dishwasher; toaster;
coffee grinder, and blender. This condo has
fast, free internet ready to be used. You can
connect your smartphone to the TV to
watch all of your favorite shows. The TV also
has Netflix!very convenient for big family up to 8 people! But if you have two small family,one family staying the first unit with full kitchen & other family staying the second unit like Studio , the condo has two door entrances separate. Very convenient location , short walk from Waikiki beach. It is a bigger condo with interesting layout since it has kitchen and small kitchenette with a separate door . Looks like it was 2 units before , now it’s one to make it more comfortable. Owner is super nice and very involved if you have any questions about area. 2 complaints I have is . New wood bed frames smelled like fresh painted wood stain . It was worse if you had your bedroom door closed and had AC on, Some spots were not cleaned to my standards but I cleaned it . Otherwise there was a lot of beach towels ,some beach chairs ,umbrellas and some toys if you needed it. It was great experience and will be back !

Enjoyed our stay

Enjoyed our stay at this clean and cozy condo. Great location with 3 min walking to beach, 5 min walking to a nice supermarket, and many restaurants and shopping mall nearby. The full kitchen has all the appliances and cookware. There are also beach chairs and toys for snorkeling. Last but not least, the host is very kind and responsive to our requests.

Outstanding stay

The property was extremely clean and well equipped. There was an abundance of beach towels, beach toys, and kitchen equipment. Anh went above and beyond to make sure that we had a smooth stay. Not only did he greet us at the condo to show us around, he provided a brand-new rice cooker in case we needed it. When I asked him for an extra blanket, he arrived within an hour to give us more blankets than we asked for. The condo was more than roomy enough for us 5 adults and 2 kids (age 8 and 6). I highly recommend this property. Thanks Anh for being a wonderful host!

Awesome Property!

Our family of 8 loved our stay! Anh was extremely helpful prior to arrival and checked in with us several times during our trip to ensure that we had everything we needed. The property was very clean, easy to access, and very safe/secure. The property had plenty of room for our family and the two lanai were very nice! Again, we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!!

Our new place to stay at Waikiki

The location is phenomenal! Super-easy access to Waikiki, great options for food at different price points within two blocks' distance and plenty of shopping and activities. The on-site parking was a real bonus and Anh was great at greeting us and making sure all was going well for our visit. We'll be staying here again next time.

Very good location and nice owner but air conditioner…

It’s located 3 min walk to Waikiki beach and very close to the heart of Waikiki shopping area. Condo is old but this unit is renovated. The only issue we had was the air conditioner. The air smelled like urine due the the air conditioner. I contacted the owner and he tried his best to fix it, I think the filter was cleaned but the smell didn’t do away. We ended up not using the air conditioner so it was really hot! I hope the air conditioner is fixed by the time you guys visit there. The owner was very nice!

2 blocks from the beach

The condo was perfect for our needs - 7 people, 3 generations for 3 nights to explore Waikiki Beach. It was very clean and gave us the space to spread out and spend time together as a family. Anh was very accommodating and quickly answered any questions I had. The drawback was the older building with only 1 working elevator, which also quit working twice the day before we left. I hope this was not a regular event. Best to use the laundry facilities before 11 am or after 3 pm - shouldn't be as busy then.

Great convenience, superb hospitality

My husband and I took four teens (2 girls, 2 boys) here for spring break and it was perfect for our needs. Very close to Waikiki beach and all of the shops, restaurants and nightlife along the Kalakaua main strip. They loved being able to stroll there every night and find entertainment. The property also has lots of great amenities, like a laundry room, beach towels and toys, big fridge and kitchen, robust a/c units, surf board storage, and a dedicated parking spot. As others have mentioned, it's really two units combined - the back unit has a large bedroom with 2 queens and a larger balcony, mini-kitchen and smaller bathroom. The front unit has a smaller bedroom with 1 king, large living area with two futons that can be flattened into beds with additional cushion mattresses provided to make them more comfortable, and a dining area and full kitchen. The arrangement was great for us because the 2 boys slept on the futons and the girls had privacy in the back. The one thing to be aware of is that the parking space is in the far corner and in a tight space that you have to navigate sharp angles to get to. Because there were 6 of us, we rented a mini-van, and it was always a bit stressful getting into and out of the garage. The space right next to ours never had a car occupying it. I'm not sure we could have backed out if it did. Anh is extremely friendly and helpful and very accommodating. Truly superb host!

Best choice!!

The condo was clean and well maintained and access security was very secure. All cooking utensils and pots were provided, so I was able to cook conveniently, and above all, the location was 2 minutes from the beach, so it was nice to be able to see the sunset every evening. I would like to use it again the next time I go to Waikiki.

Amazing condo!

This condo was perfect for us. We are a family of 8, and we had plenty of room to spread out in the condo. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat! There was lots of beach towels, chairs, and equipment to use. The kitchen was fully functional to cook in, but so close to restaurants as well. Anh (owner) met us late at night to check us in & show us around the condo, & also checked on us throughout the week. Cannot say enough great things about this stay. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Waikiki condo

We loved the refund policy. Easy walk to beach and has beach chairs, towels and umbrella. Comfortable sleeping arrangements. Easy communication with Anh. Lovely balconies and well stocked kitchen. Would definitely return here.

Fantastic Stay

First of all, owner Anh is really nice. He was very responsive and helpful from the day we booked. This apartment fits our family of 7 comfortably. Interior is very well furnished with 3 comfortable beds, 2 sofa beds, and 2 full bathrooms with nice showers. There are 2 cute lanais with nice seating areas. Kitchen is very well stocked with many appliances. We loved to be able to cook almost daily. Location is super convenient 1 block from Waikiki beach and bus stop right in front. We highly recommend this place and will book again next time.

Our 3 day stay at Anh's condo in Waikiki Beach

We were very impressed with the size of the condo - 2 full bedrooms and 2 full baths located on the 12th floor. Anh was there to help us get the key to the condo/access to the car park. If you have a large vehicle, it is tough to back into the assigned parking spot if other cars are parked around you, otherwise all ok and very safe. The condo itself had all the amenities and Anh even visited the condo with us, showed us how things worked, etc and brought us a cooler to use during our stay. A very beautiful clean safe stay we had and the 2 different patios were very nice to see the partial ocean views, as the condo is located 2 blocks from the main road next to the beach.

Adult/Teen Family on the Go

As a family of 5, with 2 young adults and 1 teenager, we prefer to stay together in a VRBO rather than big hotels. We were happy to find this property, barely 2 blocks to the beach and free parking for our rental car so we could travel the island for many adventures, then come "home" to have apps and drinks on the balconies. Too many restaurants to choose from in walking distance. Shopping walk along the coast is phenomenal. Anh, the host, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

Lovely!!

We had a wonderful stay and were all very comfortable. The place is much bigger than we had expected and easily allowed my husband and I, our son and grandma and grandma’s sister space we needed. It is more like two units put together into one with an adjoining doorway. This worked really well for us because then grandma and her sister had their separate space by closing the door but could keep it open when they were awake and ready to mingle for the day. The location is fabulous as well. It is a quick walk to the beach and there are tons of places to eat in the area. The owner is extremely welcoming and highly accessible at all times. He checked in on us many times throughout our stay. It was also nice to have onsite parking, though the garage is a bit tight, but really all garages in Honolulu are tight. The kitchen had everything we needed and we also made use of the beach chairs and umbrellas. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! No complaints from us!

Wonderful property and amazing host!

Anh was an excellent host, and his place was amazing! We had 8 adults in our group (all with large luggage), and the place was spacious enough for all of us to move around and live comfortably for 7 days - 2 very clean bathrooms and bedrooms (beds were very comfortable, and there were two sofa beds in the living room) - enough beds for us all to sleep comfortably, AC (such a relief!!) kitchen with all the cooking utensils needed, and a short 2 minute walk to the beach. His place was within walking distance to the beach, and an added bonus were the scooters available for rent right outside! As lovely as the place was, nothing can compare to the hospitality that Anh showed. We arrived late, close to midnight, but he still showed up to give us a tour, introduce himself, and show us all the necessities. He checked in regularly through to see if we needed towels or anything else to make our stay comfortable. Communication was excellent, and check in/out was a breeze. All around 5 star service. We were so impressed by the location, size, and comfortable condo, but Anh’s hospitality really made our stay memorable. Parking - an added bonus was the parking space that came with the rental. Please note: the parking space available is exactly like other self parking spaces in Waikiki (and other downtown metropolitan areas) - tight spaces, so plan your rental accordingly!
