Please be advised that balcony access for this unit/stack (Phase 3) is anticipated to be restricted from approximately August 15, 2026, through September 30, 2026, during work hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). These dates are estimates and may be adjusted due to weather conditions or unforeseen construction delays.
Please also be aware that intermittent construction-related noise may occur throughout the duration of the project.
