Enjoy this newly renovated, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom located in central Waikiki. You will be a 5 minute walk from the best restaurants/stores and a 10 minute walk from the beach.

This glamorous suite boasts over 1,200 sq ft in indoor space and 3 lanais (balconies) with ocean and city skyline views (200 sq ft outdoor space). Soak in the views for a truly insta-worthy experience!

The unit comes with the latest high end appliances and furniture. Amenities include beach and family friendly equipment.

Corner unit on the 18th floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths totaling 1,200+ square ft indoor space and 200 sq ft outdoor space. Includes everything you need to enjoy your vacation:
- Large smart TVs in living room, primary bedroom, and second bedroom
- Central air conditioning
- Chef's kitchen, fully stocked and loaded
- Ensuite washer/dryer
- Beach gear provided

Although you’re a comfortable walking distance to everything in Waikiki, parking is available both in this popular vacation rental building and nearby.

There is valet parking in the building (managed by the resort) that charges $50 per day (cash only) with IN and OUT privileges. Valet availability is first come first serve and may potentially be full during peak season. We recommend prepaying the valet fee for your entire stay upon arrival to secure valet services for your entire stay.

Street parking along the Ala Wai Canal is free and street parking directly out front is metered (both very limited). Please be mindful of the street signs.

Also The Trolley, The Bus, and Biki to get around.

Pool, sauna, BBQ, and sun bathing areas are located on level L. Gym is located on 4th floor.

For building check in, I am required to register all guests with their full names (guests must provide legal names and no unregistered guests allowed!)

Guests accept and understand that there will be occasional maintenance, including around the building and building amenities (e.g. plumbing, window washing, pool, gym, elevators).

Guests must follow all Royal Garden House Rules. All fines incurred for violation of Royal Garden House Rules will be the responsibility of the guest.

No smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes, hookah, weed pens, etc.) inside.

Please do not rearrange furniture. Please refrain from opening windows and use the AC/fan instead. Hawaii is native to many animals/bugs (including geckos and cockroaches). We perform quarterly pest control, but an occasional bug may come in from outside.

Violation of house rules will result in immediate termination/eviction of the stay without refund.

KEY CARDS: Please return your amenities key card to the security at checkout. Lost key cards will incur a $50 charge per key card.

Guests accept and understand that messages/requests sent between 8pm-6am HT may not be responded to until the next morning (sorry, I might be sleeping! If you know you will need to contact me between that time, please give me advance notice via Airbnb app, and I will try my best to accommodate you). If you are planning to check in between 8pm-6am HT, please let me know at least 1 day in advance via Airbnb app, so I can assist you should there be any issues.
