The Space:

A fully furnished condo featuring a modern kitchen with quartz countertops, gas range, refrigerator, microwave, and all the cookware and utensils you'll need. A dedicated Coffee Bar with a Keurig coffee maker.



The living area has a sectional sofa, 50" flat-screen smart TV with cable, ceiling fan, and light wood floors. A king bed provides comfortable sleeping in the bedroom, and the large lanai offers a nice outdoor space to relax.



The unit has air conditioning in the bedroom. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the building, along with a trash chute.

Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy full access to this comfortable and private Waikiki 1 bedroom condo in the Kalakauan building. Including access to the spacious lanai. The building also features coin-operated washers and dryers, elevator access, and a convenient trash chute. Secure budling entry with key fob access.



The Neighborhood:

The Kalakauan is located in the heart of Waikiki on Kalākaua Avenue, Honolulu's main beachfront thoroughfare. Waikiki's beaches, shopping centers, restaurants, bars, and shops are all within easy walking distance. Nearby beaches include Kūhiō Beach, Kahanamoku Beach, and Fort DeRussy Beach Park, with shopping at International Market Place and Royal Hawaiian Center. The Honolulu Zoo and Waikiki Aquarium are also just a short distance away. The area is very walkable and bike-friendly, making it easy to get around without a car.



Getting Around:

The building is right on Kalakaua Avenue, making most of Waikiki easily reachable on foot. Most places in Waikiki are just a 5–15 minute walk, and the neighborhood is easy to navigate on foot. Biki, Honolulu's bikeshare system, has stations along Kalakaua Avenue and offers over 1,300 bikes across 130 stations! a great option for getting around quickly. The Bus, Oahu's public transit system, also serves the area and connects to major spots like Downtown Honolulu, Ala Moana, Diamond Head, and beyond. Rideshares like Uber and Lyft are readily available as well. Note that parking in Waikiki can be limited and expensive, so leaving the car behind is usually the easiest way to get around.



Other Things to Note:

Beach essentials include umbrella, beach towels, wagon, 2 chairs and cooler bag for guest use. Please note, snorkel gear is not provided due to liability reasons. Any snorkel gear in the unit may have been left by previous guests.

The unit features a keypad entry. Your unique access code will be sent via the booking platform on the morning of arrival and will be active from 4:00 PM on check-in day until 10:00 AM on your departure day.
