The space
Set on the 23rd floor of Waikiki Banyan Tower 1, this one-bedroom, one-bath condo offers a calm vantage point with city skyline views and glimpses of the ocean beyond. Large windows bring in natural light, and a window AC unit keeps the space comfortable. The home is single level with no stairs and accessible by elevator, making it easy to come and go throughout your stay.
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door, giving you privacy when you want it. It features a king bed, room-darkening shades, a closet and dresser for storage, and a TV. In the living area, a queen pull-out sleeper sofa provides additional space for up to four guests, with fresh linens, extra pillows, and blankets included.
Living area
After a day out, settle into the living space where a TV and fast wifi - verified by speed test at 262 Mbps - support streaming, video calls, or quiet downtime. An Ethernet connection is also available for added reliability. The open layout keeps things relaxed and easy whether you’re unwinding or planning the next outing.

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 18, 2026.
Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:

Apartment and experience was as described. Very clean. Clear communication leading up to check in and responsive to questions. Parking was easy and beach set appreciated.Amenities were not available as they were under construction at this time.I'd recommend this place to others
