It was a 20 minutes walk to the pier 2 cruise terminal from hotel. The hotel was not in a congested area. It was a quiet hotel and we got a good nights sleep, The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner got the room cool. The area around hotel and the hotel itself was very clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful. "

The biggest problem in this area is the high number of homeless population, many with mental illness. The multiple engagements I saw hotel security staff having with them were nothing short of very confrontational and gave a very unsafe sense about the entire area, Due to the quantity and the level of drug addiction in this homeless population, I would not recommend booking a hotel...

"This room was like a little apartment, equipped with everything you would need, washer dryer, microwave that cooks food like a convection oven etc. the rooms were huge, bathroom nice and the bedroom big and spacious. It's a big resort and they dont take time for anything.
Restaurant staff don't care much about the guests.
Cleaning is so terrible that it is hardly existing and leaving the rooms uncleaned for the whole stay!"
