"We really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Sha Tin. Polite staff took good care of us. Stayed at 13th floor and loved the view of the water and mountains. Quiet room.
Very close to the trainstation and CUHK."
"Overall a great stay. The staff is exceptionally polite and helpful. Shoutout to the kind cleaning lady who helped us plan our trip to Man Mo Miu! The only thing they can improve upon is by making all facilities available 24/7. For example, no one answers the housekeeping/reception phone lines after 10pm and the cafe/restaurant downstairs closes at night so it's difficult to get all day in-room service (so plan accordingly!). The location is also in a very quiet neighborhood and about 5-10...
"This is by far the smallest room I ever stayed in. For one person a nights or two it's okay but, more than one that's not recommended. The part I like about this Hotel/area is that it's as far as you can get form the the tourist placed as possible. Try to have lunch with the locals, order from a menu card you can't read;0) You will surprise when it comes to quality and atmosphere. Never the less I had a great stay"

My husband and I had a beautiful and comfortable room with a balcony and a sea view, which was lovely! We loved the balcony and the refilled water filter (very sustainable!).
Our kids had the room with no balcony. Their bed was very hard but the hotel added a top duvet/thin mattress on top to make it more comfortable.
Hotel location was great too, walking distance to Sai Kung village, the beach, kayak rental and outline island...

"New hotel, that was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful! The location is interesting, but in a good spot despite being surrounded by auto garages that are doing repairs on various vehicles, but it doesnt impact the experience at staying at the hotel"

"Stayed for 5 nights. Frontdesk service poor, she spend an hour checking us in. We had booked 2 rooms, and she did not know what she was doing. We had asked for rooms next to each other, and where told, that they could do that, but when we got our rooms, the where not next to each other. We where there during the typhoon on july 20 th of this year. There was no comunication to us, of what to do, or where we might go to get water or something to eat. Everything else was closed due to safety reasons, we get that, but as hotel with a lot of guests, you might let them know you are there to help, or/and answer their questions. There was no service provided of any kind during the typhoon. We where left to ourselves."
