"Our stay at Lalya was definitely 10/10. "Stayed in a villa that was very grand and luxurious. We were assigned a private butler and she was amazing ! The private pool and beach was very accessible and lots of fun. The main hotel pool and beach weren’t as nice and could be more grand for the level of luxury offered. Area is still developing and so lot of ongoing construction but the property is very well maintained. "

"Six sense never disappoints. The property was amazing, the hospitality was out of this world. Special mention about Tri, who was our GEM (Guest Experience Manager) and he was truly a GEM. Helped us out with delayed flights, customized menus and just made us feel right at home!"

"Hotellet var helt fantastisk, og overgik vores forventninger. Alt var som det skulle være. Morgenbuffen indholdet både vestvenligt morgenmad, men også en masse eksotisk vietnamesisk morgenmad/varm mad. Der var altså både pho og spejlæg: personalet var yderst hjælpsomme, og sørgede for man intet manglede, og hjalp også med hvad man kunne i byen "

"Great apartment good beds fantastic location good all round. My only gripes are they do not even put a tea towel in the apartment so you can wash and dry tea / coffee cups and they have not even the basic cutlery to butter a piece of bread. They state if you are going to cook they can put items in but even a spoon for cereal is absent quite ridiculous "

"The best hotel we have ever stayed in. Truly a 5* experience. All staff from Reception to Pool, Housekeeping, Beach attendant and Restaurant were so so nice and helpful. We loved our stay and cannot recommend the hotel enough. Everybody went out of their way to provide great service. "

"Hotel is quite old and run down, and does not really live up to the 5 star rating anymore. Service was fine, roof top bar has a great view and the view from the balcony of the room is nice too. The room itself looks and smells old. Stain on the carpet and general old school look styling."

"We were very happy with the executive room with ocean view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be better, not only less to choose from but also not as good as some lower rating hotels like Yasaka. Almost Same Vietnamese /Chinese dishes everyday, which westerners like me did not enjoy. There were white breads, butter, jam , pate and fried/cooked eggs made to your orders. "It was a pleasant stay overall. However the service was not good enough to call it a five star hotel. Despite the fact that majority of guests are tourists, there is no tour desk, and the front desk says that they do not know anything else other than the service in the hotel. If you can't plan your own tour, I don't think this hotel is right. The Spa service in the hotel was fantastic and Thao, the manager worked really passionately and did her best for the guests.
