"Great, brand new hotel. Clean & spacious room. They went the extra mile with items like a steamer. There was self check in and check out, so we literally never saw a staff member, but that wasn't a bad thing. About a mile walk to the beach and boardwalk. Sidewalks the entire way so safe and easy. Highly recommend."

You can enjoy gorgeous views of the ocean while being inside air conditioning but if you prefer an outside balcony its a con. Pool was great and clean only con is it closes by 7:30-8pm every night. "The property is older but extremely well kept. Best of all it's directly on the beach. Downside, rooms do not have individual balconies. This would have been preferred, especially in the oceanfront room we had. Facility does not have sufficient parking spaces for each room to have one auto per room however they did supply a city parking pass for use while a guest and this could be used anywhere in town so it came in handy when driving around town. "Our favorite thing about the hotel was the view from our balcony. It was so peaceful and it was the perfect place to watch the sunset over the bay. The location was perfect - once you parked, there was no need to use your car again. The Ocean was 2 short blocks away and there was a great assortment of restaurants in walking distance. Some of the faciliy is a bit dated, but it was clean and the staff was super nice and helpful. We will be returning!"
