"Had to wait 20 minutes just to buy some Oreos as there was only one person working in the hotel apparently. Hotel itself needs to be updated. Like being stuck in 2002. TV was ancient. Absolutely zero hotel information in room, including how to connect to WiFi. Elevators smelled like urine. Property had trash/ cigarette butts everywhere. All for $300/night. Okkkk."

"The room is dirty. Not cleaned. Tried to raise to management team. Got 0 response. My family all got severe rash after spending 1 night in the room. Had to wear cloth to sleep. And got zero feedback from managers."

We were given another room on 1st floor. We book a two night and decided to check out the next day and move to another hotel."

The parking was easy however, the handicapped spots were constantly being taken by people without permits, we went to the front desk to complain.
