Your sweet getaway in Holmes Beach awaits with this cute and cozy one-bedroom duplex! You're only about two blocks from the beach, and the sands on Anna Maria Island are some of Florida's finest.

Cup of coffee in hand, start your day at the alfresco dining in your backyard or your enclosed lanai. The peaceful setting and colorful tropical furnishings will make you feel a million miles away from it all. Back inside, take advantage of the full kitchen to prepare some breakfast - maybe a tropical fruit salad to go with the tropical surroundings? After breakfast, head to the beach for a day in the sand and surf. When you return, you can toss your towels in the private washer/dryer to refresh them for tomorrow before whipping up something for dinner at home. When it's time to eat, there's a dining nook for four in the kitchen. Before bed, retire to the comfortable, bright living room couch and relax with some TV and get ready to relax all day tomorrow.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
