The boat was very responsive. Booking was easy. The location is perfect. The pool feels like a private haven and was very quiet during our stay. Everything you need for a day at the beach is provided. The kitchen is nicely outfitted.

Loved the property. Close to the beach, you don't need to cross a street. Clean, bright and fun vibe. The pool was nice and warm. Not crowded. We loved Skinny's just across the street and next-door access to the public beach and cafe. Would recommend!

Everything was excellent just have a few suggestions. Handicap bar in shower would be nice and daily cleaning of the pool. Lots of bugs and debris from the trees in the pool. But overall an excellent property

Cool down the pool. Is like a hot tub

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, good AC, good location with the exception of being right next to a public beach. So you’re paying the exclusivity prices but not really getting the semi private experience I’ve had at other resorts on AMI on the beach

Stay at Mello on The Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is absolutely fantastic. We loved it. Only downside is it is next to a very busy public beach. We did reach out with a question about the rental bikes - as we could not find them - and received no response. But other than that, it was a fantastic stay!

Nice place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thought the holes in the blackout curtain in the bedroom was poor maintenence and the microwave surround made it unusable. There was a missing hang knob in the bathroom. The back porch light did not work. The front door needs a peep hole.
