La Plage is a Gulf Front Resort directly on the Beach! Our condo is a separate stand alone building complete with a private garage and elevator.

The ground level features a private garage and access to the elevator and stairs. The relaxing views of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you from the open and bright living space on the third floor. With multiple patio doors, the oversized furnished balcony, complete with a dining table for six is accessible from the living room. The kitchen is also featured on this level with counter seating for three. A dining room with seating for offers an indoor dining option.

Retreat to level two for the three bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms feature a Queen bed and the master bedroom includes a King bed. A separate den with a large work space and Queen sofa bed provide additional space. This floor also includes a wet bar in the hall with a mini fridge and sink and access to a large furnished balcony with partial Gulf views, lounge chairs and a table for two. Each bedroom has a TV and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company.

Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

LaPlage has a heated pool and hot tub for your enjoyment and is easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Catch the nearby free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals will charge your credit card for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you a final payment reminder 90 days prior to arrival. We do not automatically charge your card for your final balance.

The instructions for making your final payment will be included in your final payment reminder.
