Slip into vacation mode as you explore Anna Maria Island from this perfectly adorable Key West style cottage. Featuring a beautiful and relaxing heated pool, and a location that puts you right in the middle of the island, up to six guests and a small canine companion can come and enjoy!

Located a few blocks from the beach access in Holmes Beach, and a short stroll to many popular dining spots like the Ugly Grouper and The Feast, this home will make it easy to immerse yourself in the island life. There is also shopping and nightlife just a stroll away.

This entire home is freshly painted in island hues and the bright open kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a special at-home meal. Grill out back in your tropical and secluded backyard on the propane grill while the kids splash in the pool. This ground level home also offers easy access to the pool and a view through the sliding glass doors.

When you retreat for the evening there is the master bedroom with ensuite full bathroom as well as a twin guest bedroom. The hall bath features a shower and tub combination. Up to 2 additional guests can be accommodated on the living room sleeper sofa. If you need space for a larger group of friends or family we are happy to offer Key Lime Cottage in combination with Kiwi Cabana, which is the other side of this duplex. When rented together the entire property sleeps 12. As with all of our homes, this beautiful retreat provides professionally laundered linens and towels. Never worry about bath towels, sheets and beach towels during your stay.

PET POLICY:

We are DOG FRIENDLY! At this home a fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing.

2 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 25 lbs maximum per pet.

Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:

Pit Bull, Akita, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chows, Any Wolf-dog hybrid, Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
