This four-bedroom home can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests and the split floorplan and open living space will give everyone in your group the space to relax. The home’s first floor contains the main living space and the large open floor plan with vaulted ceilings provides a feeling of luxury. The main living spaces overlook the fenced backyard and open onto a covered balcony with outdoor dining space and a private gas grill. Inside the living room is comfortably furnished with a large flat screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day spent enjoying the Florida sunshine. The open kitchen overlooks the dining area and living room and comes fully equipped with the cookware and dishware you need for preparing your favorite meals while on vacation. Great Experience!

A well appointed house with a terrific location! Easy access to the beach and all of the fun shopping and restaurants AMI has to offer. Would definitely book again!

We loved the property snd distance to beach was perfect. We were just hoping for more comfortable beach chairs and was surprised there were no cleaning products for us to use when we cooked. The kitchen was amazing and enjoyed a lot of family meals together

Happy House

We had a wonderful time at this home over Thanksgiving. We called it our happy house. Everything about the property was cheerful. Location was an easy access to beach. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook as well as additional fridges to hold all the extras. Management company was quick to fix the pool when it wasn’t heating. There are beach chairs and umbrellas provided but were in bad shape. Overall we would love to stay again!

Pretty good

It was overall a good week. I called to have the propane filled and the office was Closed at 4:45. Left a message with the oncall person who never called me back that night. I did get propane for the next morning. Also not enough towels or beach towels on hand .
