LEJE ned betalinger:
Denne ejendom kr��������ver en $ 500. 00 udlejning udbetaling p�� ugentlige reservationer. Reservationer på 28 dage eller mere kr��ver en $ 1000. 00 udlejning ned betaling. Hvis en nabo klager har Police Department intet andet valg end at indgive en klage. Eventuelle billetter udstedt af politimyndigheden for støjkrænkelser vil være g������stens ansvar og kan resultere i øjeblikkelig udvisning uden restitutioner for leje eller indskud.

Warm, welcoming house on beautiful gulf-front location. The management was great, very responsive and professional. One negative note: out tie o the lovely deck was disturbed by constant daytime noise from the pool pump at the house next door, which was never used during our entire 9 week stay.

Location,Location,Location - Amazing gulf access and view
The house is right off the gulf with great access, view and nice deck. The house is older but the kitchen has been updated and is incredibly well-stocked with nice pots/pans/dishes/utensils. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms are not updated. The windows/glass doors are older and get drafty so temperatures vary from guest bedrooms to Master bedroom which has double glass doors and faces the gulf. We happened to be there during a cooler and windier month. We would definitely rent again! The location, view , beds and kitchen made it very special.

We were given the beach house as a last minute substitute for the house we had originally booked and it turned out to be perfect for our trip . the views are amazing and the house is in very good condition . I would definitely book this house again for a family vacation at the beach .

Our original rental had electrical issues that resulted in us having to move the very next day. We were moved to Breakers 3 and will say it was better than the first unit for view, cleanliness and overall quality. Jason from maintenance helped us remain safe and positive! Very professional staff overall! This is a monthly rental which does seem to make a difference in quality with less turnover. Leave it better than you found it, always! With appreciation, Nancy & Tom

This was one of our favorite vacation rentals. This was the first time we stayed with Island Vacation rentals, and it was absolutely wonderful.The House was spotless when we arrived. There is nothing bad that we can say about the house. The location is amazing! The sunsets everyday were beautiful! We will definitely be coming back.

Definitely much busier time of year to visit with lots of activity. The cleaning staff could have done a better job; cleaning out debris from kitchen drawers and organizing the kitchen cabinets took the first 30 minutes of our vacation. Additional cleaning of beds and baths another 30 minutes. After that, it was ready for us to enjoy and relax, which we did.

The owners of Breakers3 keeps it up very well. And the Rental agency is top notch in terms of fixing quickly anything that needs maintenance. Since we rented for a month, we paid for extra housekeeping and that company was easy to work with and they did a nice job. We have stayed here before and will stay again!

Sunsets galore!
Spectacular location with gorgeous sunsets every night. Extremely well equipped kitchen. Master BR very large and comfortable. Only minor complaints were soft mattresses in BRs #2 & #3, and no gas grill.

Great location and lots of space!
Beautiful view of and easy access to beach. Nicely updated kitchen with everything we needed. Great big bedrooms with super clean baths! We would definitely rent again.
