This spacious 2 bedroom condo is close to the beach and in the heart of it all. This stunning condo offers everything you want in a beach retreat. The unit has ample space your family. The open concept living area is perfect for entertaining, with a kitchen featuring all new appliances. You can also open up the sliding doors to bring in a fresh breeze to the living area & enjoy the views of the mangroves.

Unit had an extensive re-fresh in May 2023; new furniture, window coverings, and decor!

Welcome to Sand & Surf! This spacious 2 bedroom condo is close to the beach and in the heart of it all. This stunning condo offers everything you want in a beach retreat. The unit has ample space for you and your family. The open concept living area is perfect for entertaining, with a modern kitchen featuring all new stainless steel appliances. You can also open up the sliding doors to bring in a fresh breeze to the living area and enjoy the views of the mangroves.

Unit had an extensive re-fresh in May 2023 to include new furniture, appliances, window coverings, and decor!

As soon as you cross the bridge onto Anna Maria Island you will have arrived at this sparkling well-maintained condo. Located in the complex of Sandy Pointe, it features two bedrooms and two full baths. This condo is in the heart of Holmes Beach, very close to the beach, steps away from the free island trolley, and across the street from the grocery store.

The community has a large heated pool for guests only. The covered parking space has room for two cars. Beach chairs and an umbrella are available as well as beach and pool towels.

You will be provided a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

The Condo was in a great location and host was super helpful & accommodating. The decor was lovely and very well equipped and super clean, highly recommend this condo for a great stay on Anna Marie, you will not be disappointed

Very nice unit, updated and well maintained. Easy walk to the beach, centrally located on the island with easy access to lots of restaurants. Host provided clear communication, answered all my questions before I had them. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

Just what you need!

Great location on the island with about equal drive time to Bean Point and Coquina! So many food/restaurant options right across the street and Publix. Morgan was very helpful and quick to answer this first timers questions

Great location, everything you need.

Short 5 min walk to beach, groceries, and restaurants. Storage closet was full of beach goodies, like chairs, wagons, umbrella, floaties. Pool was nice and warm. Host was responsive to messages and we enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Amazing stay

Such a good space, very close to the beach and all the necessary shops. Loved how clean the space is and well decorated it was. Host was amazing as we realized the cooler was missing and he ordered one right away. Everything was perfect, we enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back next year!!

First visit to AMI

Our condo was perfectly located. So close to Holmes Beach, Bradenton Beach and all the “fun” spots!!! Everything you could need was available to us, beach chairs, toys, towels. Kitchen was equipped with all the necessities. We look forward to visiting again in the near future.

Familily times at the beach

We had a great time at this property. Beds were comfortable everything was clean, A/C was fine with ceiling fans too. Dishwasher ok, dryer and washing machine combo ( could be upgraded to a new one... starting to have rust in the washing machine. It still does the job) Close to the beach, walking around 5-7 minutes if you cut behind the stores right in front. Or take your car and explore nearby beaches along the coast of anna-maria Island, bean point beach, coquina beach or borth longboat beach. The owner has beach stuff(cart, chairs, sun umbrella) available in a locker in her garage. We even mentioned that chairs were rusty and realy dirty and that a sun umbrella was broken. She quickly offered to buy new chairs and sun umbrella. We bought 5 new chairs and a new sun umbrella at Wal-Mart and she reimbursed us after. She was great at communicating. She also pointed out that the quality of the water at the nearby beach had been declared bad for the moment and point us to a beach wich was ok. You have a publix, pharmacy, restaurants, ice cream shop across the street. Realy a great spot.

Great location, short walk to beach!

The condo is very spacious! It is well stocked for cooking. They provide a wagon and beach chairs, the walk to beach was 12 minutes with the family! The trolly stop is very close, we took the trolly to check out the island. The grocery store as well as some restaurants are within walking distance. The pool is quite large, I liked that they have restrooms at the pool. The beds are comfortable, as well as the couch. We enjoyed having meals at the kitchen table! The beach is the prettiest I have ever seen, the water is so clear!

Family Vacation

We were very excited about our first trip to Anna Maria Island. This property was perfect for our family--the rooms look exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and very roomy. The location is excellent as well. There is a grocery store across the street with a small shopping center. Holmes Beach is about a 5-minute walk away. Morgan was wonderful to work with as well---responded quickly to any questions I had. We will definitely be back next year!
