"The staff here are lovely and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location ideal for accessing the Co-op Live arena.
The reason I only gave it 3 stars was because the air con/heater unit in my room was rattling, clicking and banging all night. Tried switching it off but it just kept rattling anyway and it was too cold not to have the heating on. I barely slept, horrendous night. I told the guy at the desk when I checked out, received an apology and a promise to get maintenance...

"Room was clean. Plenty of space, living area, bathroom and kitchen appliances (washer and Stove).
Staff were very helpful, polite and assisted with luggage on arrival. Given directions to public parking lot just around the corner, with entrance from the rear of the pub also providing access to the parking lot. (Pay and display). Lot clears out after school day ends, and first hour free, no charge 6pm to 8am, the first hour free the next day.
Had supper at the venue, good food, basic menu....

"It was a overall acceptable stay. The hotel is worn out but the room was clean. The room did not have air-conditioning instead there was a single fan blower on the table.
Toilet paper roll holder was broken and fell off. Just shows you the state of the hotel in terms of lack of maintenance.
Breakfast was English - very basic."
