Come stay and enjoy the best of Michigan! We have a small private beach across the street and public Lake Michigan Beach access is just 1-2 miles away at Pier Cove Beach and West Side Park where you can catch the most beautiful sunsets. If you prefer warmer water just relax in the new (2024) Jacuzzi 7 person hot tub while looking out over the lush landscaped backyard that attracts hummingbirds, butterflies, deer and more. Afterwards sink into the oversized couch on the 3 seasons porch and just unwind. There is a big fire pit to roast s’mores a big Weber grill to grill out dinner. We have loads of toys, bikes, books, and games including a kid sized pac-man arcade game to keep everyone entertained. This is the perfect place for to build memories with your family and loved ones!
**HOT TUB CLOSED FROM 11/15-5/1. The location is great! The tall trees and large lot of our home will make you relax from all the hustle and bustle but we are only about 8 mins from downtown Saugatuck, 7 miles from Oval beach, and 10 mins to Douglas. Close to u-pick fruit farms, wineries, and so much more. This is not your typical rental with a million random furniture pieces, we had our home professional decorated in 2021 which a comfortable, upscale, beach house feeling. We have a full sized crib with a new mattress, and lots of other baby stuff to maximize comfort for families. Come and enjoy the best of Michigan.

+55” TV that you can extend & tilt so you can move it to your preferred spot. We have Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Prime TV and Comcast.


BEDROOMS
+ All bedrooms have black out roman shades or roller shades.
+ Primary Suite with a King bed with double vanity bathroom and walk-in closet.
+ 1 Guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and closet (There is an extra twin mattress you can put in the middle but then there is no room to walk around the beds – fun for kids but would not recommend for adults)
+ 1 Guest bedroom with a queen bed and closet (you can also put the extra twin mattress on the floor in here but then no room to get in and out of the closet)

BATHROOMS
+ Primary Suite has a double Vanity with a private toilet and shower area plus a large walk-in closet.
+ Shared bathroom for the guest bedrooms has a bathtub/ shower.
+ We have 2 water heaters (new in 2021) so you should not run out of hot water.
+ New A/C 2022

KITCHEN AND DINING
+ Keurig (new 2024) plus a Drip coffee pot.
+Blender, toaster, pots/pans, etc. Just ask if there is anything else you need. Keep in mind we live here most of the time so there are a lot of items.
+ Plenty of seating for meals - 3 kitchen island bar stools, indoor dining table with seating for 6, screened porch dining table with seating for 8. Child highchair available for use.

+ Quick walk to private beach – we are the second house in off of Lakeshore Drive. Please note the steps to the beach are very very steep (in our area / neighborhood they are all very steep).
