The lower level features a living room with sleeper sofa, TV, access to enclosed deck, full bathroom, twin bedroom, bunk plus queen room and Master with adjoining full bathroom, both with amazing water views!

Your nest is also equipped with a vacuum, high chair, rocking chair, fireplace grate, folding table and chairs for 6, beach chairs, toys, beach towels, games, 2 outdoor picnic tables to accommodate 12 total, umbrellas, outdoor grill, and 8 Adirondack chairs. The upper level deck has dining tables and seating for 10.
