We stayed with our two kids and felt right at home. The location is awesome too—really close to the Paihia beach market, which was super convenient. "Amazing attention to detail for a specail retreat. Enjoyed the fire, views, quiet and spa. Nice to have an electric lazyboy and smart tv. Cooking facilities are good. Bathrrom os lovely. Blinds could be improved, getting a little tired but servicable enough. A fabulous relaxing stay, i have recommeded to friends, and I'm keen to return myself!"

"Absolutely enjoyed our stay. Location was ideal for us and we could not fault it. Beds were comfy and so were the couches. Next time i will remember to take a bluetooth speaker but otherwise the lack of tv was a bonus. Went to the opononi hotel to watch the league and take the kids out for dinner. Locals are really friendly.As for the driveway, i left that for hubby to navigate. Didn't look as bad as i had envisioned but i probably would park down the bottom if I was on my own. Overall loved...
