Welcome to the “Zimmer” vacation apartment - Villa Galerie in Hohenwart. The stylishly furnished accommodation offers around 80 m² of space for up to 2 people - perfect for a relaxing stay.

You can expect:

- 1 bedroom

- a fully equipped kitchen

- a bathroom (2 washbasins, shower, bathtub, bidet and WC)

- an additional guest WC

washing machine and dryer,

and 1 private balcony

The equipment also includes:

- High-speed WLAN (also suitable for video calls)

- Smart TV

- Children's books and toys, baby crib and high chair

This spacious apartment offers access to a shared outdoor area with garden and pool (in the summer months).

Relax on the balcony and make use of the modern kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and much more. WLAN is of course available.

Discover the beautiful surroundings: numerous restaurants (Italian, Greek, Bavarian, kebab), a café, butcher, bakery and two supermarkets are within easy reach.

There are also cycle paths and swimming opportunities nearby for outdoor activities.

The A9 highway can be reached in about 15 minutes, the A8 in about 25 minutes.

Free parking is available directly at the house. An e-charging station is available on request.

Rooms:

The apartment is located on the upper floor of the house and is exclusively available to our guests. The first floor remains a private area.

The two living levels are not yet completely separated by doors. The staircase and the hallway form an open gallery. However, all bedrooms, the bathroom, the WC and the large living room can be closed off separately within the vacation apartment.

Booking options:

The apartment can be booked in three variants:

- “Room” - for up to 2 people: 1 bedroom, bathroom, WC, kitchen (other rooms closed)

- “Family room” - for up to 5 people: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, WC, kitchen (other rooms closed)

- “Holiday apartment” - for up to 10 people: the entire upper floor with 3 bedrooms, 1 large living room, bathroom, WC and kitchen.

As this is a single accommodation unit, only one of these three variants can be booked at a time.

The prices depend on the number of persons and nights.
