Dog friendly Vacation Apartment "Tonis Hütte" with Covered Terrace and Garden

The dog-friendly Mobilhome Tonis Hütte is located in a quiet location on the southern outskirts of Hohenfels-Selgetsweiler. Far from the hustle and bustle of the city, your relaxing vacation begins here. Discover the idyllic natural landscape on hikes or enjoy the view of Säntis and Altmann from your own terrace.

You live in a single location on 400 sqm fenced garden with pond, shady trees, private access and private parking.



The apartment has living room with kitchen, a small bedroom with double bed, a small bedroom with single bed, bathroom, separate toilet. Thus, the accommodation can accommodate a maximum of three people. This includes adults and children of any age.

The mobile home is thermally insulated and has electric heaters, is therefore habitable even in the cold season.

Other amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, microwave, deck chairs and umbrella. An initial supply of dishwashing detergent, soap, coffee filters and toilet paper are provided upon arrival.

On sunny days, the photovoltaic system provides the electricity.

The town of Überlingen on Lake Constance is an 18-minute drive south, while Meersburg is a 30-minute drive away. From there, the car ferry takes you to Constance in 20 minutes. The Lake Constance Airport in Friedrichshafen, from which the Zeppelin also departs, can be reached in 50 minutes by car. Zurich airport is 109 km (75 minutes by car) away.



The nearest supermarket and restaurants are in Liggersdorf, a 3-minute drive (2.6 km) from property. Other restaurants and cafes are located in Stockach, Pfullendorf and Owingen, which can be reached in 12 minutes by car. For swimming fun, there is the natural swimming pool in Kalkofen (3 km), the Schwackenreuter lakes in (9 km) and Lake Constance in Bodman-Ludwigshafen (13 km). For furry noses, the nearest veterinarian is 2.5 km away.

The accommodation can not be rented for commercial purposes, only tourist purposes are allowed.

The price for two dogs is already included in the rent. For each additional dog an additional fee is due.

There is a limit for dogs depending on their size. The limit is as follows: five small dogs, three medium dogs (German Shepherd / Golden Retriever) or one large dog (Great Dane / Irish Wolfhound).



Please contact the landlord before arrival to coordinate bringing dogs, handling the final cleaning and arrival time.



If desired, you can do the final cleaning yourself. Otherwise, cleaning costs will apply.



Furthermore, there are additional consumption costs for electricity/heating and water.

The deposit is payable in cash at check-in.
