Beautiful boat trip from downtown Lucerne to experience city life and nice to come back and wind down in quiet mountainside just below the summit of Mount Rigi. Host was very hospitable with lots of tips and recommendations for the local area."

"This property was so beautiful-from the views to the gardens and the whole neighborhood! Very clean with full amenities. We cooked full meals during our whole stay. The neighborhood is hilly and gorgeous - close to grocery and restaurants. We used the ferry service to Lucerne - so beautiful! Stephen was very nice and helpful. Would absolutely stay again!!"

"Arriving in Emmetten, the first thing you notice is the awe inspiring vistas of the alps and the godlike serenity in which this scenery drapes the small charming mountain village. The location of the Daniela house is perfect for taking in all the ancient mysteries of the mountains and, being not far from Lucern, it was a quick trip from nature to culture where we enjoyed the beauty of this Old World creation. "The house was in a beautiful location overlooking much of Lake Lucerne and the surrounding mountains. It was a luxury stay on 3 levels with a sauna and jacuzzi and well appointed kitchen. Seélisberg is difficult to access so a car is really necessary but very much worth getting 1/2 an hour from Lucerne and using it as a launching point to explore the area on foot, by funicular and ferry. A very enjoyable stay."
