Sandy Bay is one of Hobart’s most sought-after residential areas, the tranquil coastal neighbourhood has popular sandy beaches like Nutgrove and Long Beach and boat-filled piers that make for beautiful views and calm pace.

For night time entertainment, restaurants and bars, Wrest Point Casino is just a 20-minute walk from the home.

Fitzroy Gardens is just a short walk from the house, and Sandy Bay Shopping precinct, five minutes walk.

Getting Around:
Enjoy the cafes, restaurants and sights of Hobart and Battery Point, just a 20 minute walk, as well as the popular Salamanca Market every Saturday morning.
Metro Tasmania bus network can take you into Hobart, with a bus stop near the Royal Yacht Club, 700m away.

Taxis and Uber are also available, as well as Neuron and Beam Scooters to rent via apps.
