We had a room on higher floor and it was beautiful. Our room was equipped with kitchenette and little washing machine. Daily cleaning was immaculate. Hotel is located outside of major touristy areas but short drive with Grab. Breakfast was good with decent numbers of options "

Their breakdast is phenomenon! Friendly staff and best food I ever tasted awhile.
Only issue I have had is other customers smokes in bathroom and run bent, all fumes transfer to another room. This propery needs smoke alarm to detect these people"

"Arrival was convenient, although you can't access the elevator from the garage unless you already have a room key. The room was spacious and the view of Hanoi was gorgeous from the large windows in the room. Food options were convenient by foot from the location.the room was quite comfortable and clean but the building, in general, could use maintenance. Chipped paint on the walls and malfunctioning buttons for the elevator were small annoyances. The staff was top notch. "

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Great Wi-Fi connectivity with soundproof windows. They had all the amenities working as mentioned on here. Quick to respond staff! I really like the positive attitude of the staff! They are eager to help! Highly recommend staying here! Location is close to several cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets.

Loved how accommodating the staff were, as even though I was nearly 3 hours late to check in at around 11:30pm, I was still able to get my room. Honestly feared the place was going to be locked at this time like many other hotels in old quarter, but the clerk was still there, waiting for my check in. Really appreciate the support! "

"Hotellet var ganske ok, vil dog sige billederne lover mere end hotellet gør. Det er et lille hotel, der ser stort ud på hotels.com. Morgenmaden er ikke så god, der er ikke badeforhæng hvilket resulterer i en sø på badeværelset. "I was not overly impressed. I booked a "one-bedroom apartment". Clean, quiet, all was there. But there is no windows looking out, so wven though I was on the 6th floor, I might as well have stayed in a basement.
If you are only there to sleep, then it is a very comfortable place, but for longer stays make sure you have a window looking out.
Also, the kitchen was hardly fully equipped. One pan, one pot, one fork, one spoon, one knife, some chopsticks, a rice cooker and some plates was all I had to work with. So if you need/wish to cook your own food, look elsewhere."

"We enjoyed 18 nights at this hotel. We had a two room apartment and there was plenty of room for us. The apartment is a bit outdated but there is cleaning everyday and it is practical. We missed some outdoor furniture to enjoy the view from the small balcony. Great pool and friendly staff. A bit noisy sometimes but we don’t think it is much compared to “the old town”. We would go back. "
