We will come say hi, help with any of guests needs. We live next to the property so we will be intouch throughout guest's stay through any messaging apps.

This is a very quiet neighbourhood, just a stone throw away from the busiest street of Thao Dien. With full of bars, restaurants, shops, all withing 5 - 10 minutes walk. This is a true gem hidden away from the hustle and bustle.

All neighbours around are highly educated families.

Guests have full access to all parts of the villa except for the 1st floor where we host our bakery with the prep room on the 2nd floor.

The villa has 4 bedrooms with 1 living space and 1 kitchen

2nd Floor: Living Room
3rd Floor: 2 Bedrooms
4th Floor: 2 Bedrooms + 1 Kitchen

There are bike parking infront of the space. The gate entrance to the villa shared between my wife, Yuki and her bakery team. From the main door is completely private to the guests.

Our bakery team come early in the day 6h30 to work with their own access on the 1st floor which should not create any noise. Some bikes might be spotted in front of the house.
