SLEEPING:
Bed is queen bed, so it is very comfortable. The bed sheets as well as towels will be provided!

KITCHEN:
Kitchenette is very well equipped with everything you will need on preparing your meal. You can find induction stove, microwave, big fridge, etc.

BATHROOM & TOILET:
There is a rainshower in the bathroom. In case you need to make laundry, it is possible with a washer in . Hairdryer and iron also available. And don't worry, no need to bring own towels, those will be provided

LAUNDRY:
In case you need to make laundry, it is possible with a laundry room at the back of the house

Our apartment is close from city center, famous tourist attractions, supermarket and shops, etc:

☆ Please KEEP all items in good condition & clean as your own home.
☆ If the guests stay in long term ( more than 5 days), please notice that the electric and water bills should be separated with the rental price and you will pay (it will be estimated 2 days and paid before your check out dates.
Please be noted that other than supplyingaccommodation services in Vietnam, I also provide other services like transportation, Vietnam entry visa, work permit (for foreigner working in Vietnam).

Locate on 7th floor. Guests are free to use pool and gym from 6.00 AM to 9.00 PM

A: Approximately 30 mins and USD $8.50 ≈ VND200,000 (Please take official taxi brand such as MaiLinh, Vinasun and Grab)

Q: Late check in & Early check in?
A: Please let me know your ETA, I’ll fully cooperate with you.

Q: How do I get a cellphone SIM card?
A: You can buy it at the airport in Vietnam or have me buy for you, COD, ~10$.

Q: How must does it cost to rent a motorbike in HCMC?
