✓Smoking is only allowed on the Balcony

✓Full kitchen appliances: pots, pans, oven, microwave and stove

✓Please treat our place like your best friend's place.

✓Please dispose of garbage in the garbage chute (located just past the elevator on the left).

✓Each guest is provided with one bath towel and a pillow. Please let us know how many guests will stay at the unit so that we can provide enough amenities for everyone. The washing machine in the suite is free to use.

✓ Animals are not permitted in your suite and inside the building, per SoHo Residence regulations.

✓ All guests must provide a copy/photo of their passport to comply with local regulations on short-term rentals
