"I loved this hotel!! It was 5 minutes away from the center of town, clean, modern, had a pullout couch and a table for three and a nice balcony. There are fridges in the rooms as well as coffeemaker and safe. I don’t understand the negative reviews. It was a nice basic facility that doesn’t pretend that it’s some luxury hotel. The room and bathrooms are large. There are even hot tubs you can use. Check in was easy via email. Best value for Iceland"

"Great hotel with nice, clean rooms and a view where we had the oppurtunity to watch northern lights! Very friendly and welcoming staff all around. The restaurant is also worth a visit, especially the dessert; coconut chocolate mousse."

"The shared facilities were the best for camping. The pods we slept in felt great although we flipped the mattress, the space the had many outlets, ample heat and insulated walls. Surrounding the area with cool walking paths to a lake and the waterfall by the restaurant was amazing! It's a dark zone to see the sky perfectly at night! "
