Cute and Spacious Modern Home for Large Groups

About this space:
Bring the whole family to this newly updated home! Huge open rooms with lots of space for fun.
At just 20 minutes from Galveston, this is a great pet-friendly home for trips to the beach and for so many of the activities nearby.
Check out the huge living room, brand new kitchen, and super clean atmosphere. We have 3 very cute bedrooms, and two bathrooms for large groups.
Campfire in the back, large front and back porch, plenty of space inside and out for activities. Plenty of covered parking!

The space:
This three bedroom home has a ton of space, both inside and outside. The three rooms are each unique, happy environments for different kinds of guests.
Bedroom one and two have comfortable queen beds, clothes storage, and large closets.
The master bedroom has it’s own bathroom attached, and a walk-in closet as well!
The middle bedroom three was designed for children however it can comfortably sleep three adults. There are kids toys, games, and books here.
Bedroom two and three share a quaint bathroom between them.

The yard is huge and offers tons of grass- well behaved pets can run around and get some energy out. The property is separated by a wooden fence between the front yard and backyard. Please stay in the front yard, which offers plenty of space and parking.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire house, closets, and front yard. The enclosed garage building and backyard is not available for guests, but the front yard has lots of space.
The front yard is open and available for any playtime, doggy time, or hanging out after a long day at the beach. There is a welcoming fire pit. Please feel free to use any firewood that is located beside the fire pit.

Other things to note:
The backyard is undergoing some construction currently, and myself or a contractor may use the driveway to get to the rear of the property. I’ll reach out to you if this is going to happen during your stay!

Also we’d like to note that the floors in the living areas are uneven and could use replaced. This is a huge project, and until we can get this fixed, we just want to be transparent about this!

Additional Rules:
Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE only!

We have plenty of areas to smoke outside- but if a guest smokes inside, we have a 300$ smoking fee that will be charged to the guest.

Please leave all sheets and blankets on the beds upon leaving! No need to remove them.
