"I stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful stay. The hotel arranged my transfer, and the driver was super sweet – a really warm welcome to Chania. Communication was excellent as well, everything was handled smoothly via WhatsApp, which made things very easy. The location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of Chania’s old town, so it was perfect for exploring on foot. Overall, a great stay and I would happily come back!"

"We got a balcony like we asked for (though not guaranteed), and they allowed us to check in early when our room was available and clean. The room was nice, modern, and had just about everything we needed.
