"Excellent room with a fantastic view of the citadel and river, staff were all very friendly and helped out when we needed them. The only slight criticism is not having any milk in the room and having to ask for it to make a simple cup of tea. Not a major issue though! "

We faced Grafton St and did not hear any street noise. For dining, we had the breakfast buffet, food and drink service from the bar on the patio and room service. Everything was great. Hotel was a very short walk to the waterfront which was convenient. Our kids loved the pool. The pool deck can be very hot though.

"The staff was very helpful, courteous; simply put very nice to see your staff taking care of clients.
The bathtub wasn't in the best of shape. Thank goodness the hand rail was there; as it can get quite slippery without any adhesive type of protection.
