Summary:
This 1 bedroom is located in the center of Hiroshima. Surrounded by convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants. It can comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests. The unit is fully furnished, well cleaned and amenities are of hotel standard. Clean linens, towels, and toiletries are provided during your stay. The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware and dinnerware. Washing machine w/ laundry detergent. The bath and toilet are separate. Everything you need is provided. Room WIFI is available to complete your stay.

The Space:
This unit is located on the 6th floor of the building. Access to the entire house. No sharing with another guest.

Sleeping Arrangement:

1 single-sized sofa bed (Sleeps 1 adult)
1 double-sized bed (Sleeps 2 adults)

A total of 3 adults can sleep comfortably.

Hotel quality of all my amenities. Towels and Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) are provided during your stay. The washing machine comes with free detergent. Complimentary coffee and tea. WIFI Available. You can enjoy watching TV with your family and friends.

Getting Around:
The limousine bus from Hiroshima Airport to Hiroshima Station takes about 45 minutes.
It takes about 10 minutes by tram from Hiroshima Station to the nearest station.
It is about 2 minutes walk from the nearest station to the building.

Other Things to Note:
Check in time is 3PM and Check out time is 11AM. Please be mindful of the time as we still need to clean the room for the next guest.
No smoking inside the house.
Parties are strictly prohibited.
Pets are not allowed.

Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.

So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed. You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smartphone on your booking channel app.

The unit is protected with CCTV for the safety of my guest. It also serves as my guide when you do self check in. Please be aware and be guided accordingly.
