Hoteller nær Hiratsuka-helligdommen

"The staff was not at all warm or welcoming during my stay. It felt like whiplash after spending 12 days in Japan and experiencing nothing but exceptional hospitality at my other accommodations. I arrived around 2:20 p.m. after a long train ride from Osaka, in heavy rain, hoping to get into my room a little early. Instead, I was simply told check-in was at 3 p.m. They offered to hold my luggage, but with the rain pouring and only 40 minutes until check-in, this wasn’t particularly helpful. There...

"Check-in was a bit glitchy but otherwise a great and quiet stay. Clean and stylish and in an older part of Tokyo that was a welcome change of pace from"

"Great location, good rooms, nice bathtub, super friendly staff."

"This was a long stay of 21 days, and I would say everything was close to perfect which is why I keep coming back to this hotel, the only minor thing I would like to point out is that despite cleaning was excellent they don't seem to vacuum at all."

"House keeping doesn't do a good job on refilling, our shower gel on the 3rd day is the last drop, the room tissue box as well, and I have to put the empty bottle and opened the empty box tissue out so the house keeping can see and refill them. So are the cups, I have to put them out on the sink so they will be cleaned on the 3rd day. On the 4th day, only 1 big clean towel and we have 3 ppl."

"The room was clean and tidy. Quick responses from the team. Only issue was that we weren’t provided with any water for the first day and the sponge was also used. Other than that we had an enjoyable stay and were close to metros and convenience stores."

"Very spacious rooms, had amenities quite cheap if you need them including but not limited to juice, soda and water. Bathroom and shower area were super clean and very nice. Best hotel I’ve stayed in while I’ve been in Tokyo. Great job guys I will definitely be coming back❤️"

"This is a nice hotel and on a great location for the train as well as restaurants and shopping. You just need to be aware that the train is right beside the hotel and depending on your room number it can be very loud. But the they moved us rooms with no hesitation. Mondo was such a wonderful receptionist. Also make sure you try the free ice cream that they offer in the lobby."

"Close to yamanote line"
