"Great stay in an unbeatable location - 4/5.
We had an enjoyable stay overall and would rate our experience 4 out of 5.
The location is absolutely fantastic and easily deserves a 10 out of 10. Being right in the heart of the city made it easy to explore all the main attractions on foot.
We stayed in a family apartment with two separate rooms, worked very well for our family. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchenette was just adequately equipped for basic cooking. However, it is quite small, so don't expect to prepare elaborate meals. As the hotel is located in the city center, there can be some noise in the evening.
One thing to be aware of is the check-in process if you arrive after 19 (7:00 PM). Information is provided in the booking details, but it is easy to overlook because it is not very prominent. This made our arrival a little more complicated than expected.
A big plus was the option to purchase access to the fitness facilities at Hotel Suitess. Our two adult sons were very happy to have access to a well-equipped gym during our stay.
The apartment was clean throughout our visit, although a mid-week towel replacement would have been appreciated. It is possible that fresh towels were available from reception, but we did not inquire about it.
Overall, this is a great place to stay with excellent accommodation and an outstanding location. With a slightly smoother late check-in process and more frequent towel service, it would have earned 5 stars."
