Serenity 24 Waterfront Living on Hindmarsh Island

Set in one of Hindmarsh Island’s most tranquil pockets, this beautifully appointed holiday home blends comfort, space and peaceful waterfront views. Two separate living areas give everyone room to unwind, while the light-filled open-plan kitchen and dining area creates a welcoming setting for shared meals and conversation overlooking the calm lagoon.

Outdoor living is made for slow days by the water. Sip your morning coffee on the deck, settle into the half-circle lounge with a glass of wine or enjoy a BBQ under the covered verandah. The enclosed outdoor area adds another place to gather, with a pool table for friendly games. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor table tennis table with bats and balls, a dartboard and two kayaks with paddles and life jackets for exploring the water.

The main bedroom is a peaceful sanctuary with a king-size bed, its own TV and a neat ensuite. Two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed, while the fourth has two single bunk beds. The main bathroom includes a shower and deep bath, with a separate toilet for added convenience.

The laundry, accessed through the backyard, includes a washing machine, while reverse-cycle cooling helps keep the home comfortable. Driveway parking is available for at least four vehicles or a boat, rounding out an easy waterfront stay designed for relaxed time together in every season.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
