"Cottage was lovely and quirky comfortable and warm, but there was a few issues, cobwebs in the bedroom table lamp in the lounge gave me an electric shock! Stairs outside need looking at as very worn out and not enough utensils pizza tray didn’t fit the small oven. The local Woodmancote pub was great for Sunday lunch and you get a 20% discount too."

"We were excited for our stay as working mums some precious time for R&R was much anticipated. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. The response to get it all...

"My bridesmaids and I stayed at Badgers Cottage on my wedding eve and they stayed on through the weekend. It was the perfect setting for getting ready on my wedding morning with lots of light and just a comfortable space.The outside area is gorgeous and the whole place is done to a very high standard. "It is a beautifully appointed cottage. We appreciated the fine china and, artwork and decor. Plus, generosity of the excellent Nespresso coffee pods and fresh eggs.It was a joy to behold, and we all loved everything."

"The property is lovely, like a good hotel suite. It was spotlessly clean and there were lots of clean towels. Lots of plug sockets and a good size mirror. The downside was the shower was lukewarm and we couldn't increase the temperature. Also, the communication wasn't great. There was no info about where to collect or leave the key. Nor was there any acknowledgement when we sent details of our arrival time. A coffee machine would have been nice. "

"The location was good, the Yurt was looking a bit tired. The decking was rotting in places. The bathroom walls are coming away in places. The Grandchildren enjoyed the ride on the managers runaround. All in all we enjoyed our stay."
