"I stayed for three nights at Splendid Star Grand Hotel and can recommend this hotel for sure. The location is perfect, right in the old quarter, but in a nice and quiet side street, so no noise in the room. The room was very spacious and comfortable, but I must say that it was quite old and worn, and surely didn't look as good as the pictures (they rarely do :-). The staff was really nice, friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was good. "

I can accept that, but when I inform them of how poorly this has worked in the past, there is NOTHING they can neither WILL do.
