The space also features a brand new sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping accommodations for extra guests.

The thoughtfully designed kitchen is just the right size, featuring a full suite of appliances — refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, and dishwasher — making it a joy to cook together, sip wine, and savor simple moments.

Retreat to the luxurious bathroom, where a double-sink vanity and a spacious walk-in shower with three shower heads — including a soothing rain shower — invite you to slow down and relax.

When it's time to rest, the brand new king-size bed awaits in its own cozy bedroom, complete with storage for your things and a full-size washer and dryer for convenience. Every detail is meant to make your stay feel effortless and special.

Guest access

Guest have full access to the house (minus the lofts) and the property.

Other things to note:
It's important to note that this property has a minimum age requirement of 21 to book. Reservation holders must be at least 21 years of age or older in order for their reservation to be valid. Reservation holders under the age of 21 are at risk for potential fines and eviction.

We recommend that all guest purchase travel insurance.

While they do not happen often at all sometimes being in the mountains we will loose power or internet. However both of those are out of our control. We do not give refunds for power, weather or internet outages. If there would happen to be a power or internet outage please reach out to us immediately and we will get in touch with the internet and power companies right away.

4x4 is not required to access the property at all except in cases of snow.

While we do our best to inform our guest about upcoming winter weather it is smart to always keep the weather checked while coming to the mountains in the winter. If you would happen to get your vehicle stuck in the snow or ice the guest are responsible for paying a towing company to pull them out. We will gladly give you recommendations on who to use.

Our mountain properties are nestled in the woods, which means you're truly immersed in nature, it s part of the charm! That said, while we take every measure to keep our properties clean and comfortable, you may occasionally see a bug or critter during your stay along with other wild life including bears and deer. This is completely normal for a forested environment and part of the rustic experience. We recommend keeping doors closed and food sealed to help minimize visits from curious insects. If you're especially sensitive to nature's little visitors, feel free to pack some bug spray for added peace of mind!
