"The property is fine, the rooms are a little old. However, the convenience of the shuttle is worth its weight in gold. The staff is OUSTANDING!! They are kind, helpful and willing to help take you or pick you up at the hospital at any time.
I would highly recommend this hotel if you had to go to the hospital every day."

"This is a beautifully restored old mansion in a great neighborhood. There are numerous restaurants and entertainment venues within two blocks. There is no on site staff but everything we needed was readily available including a small complementary minibar. Room was comfortable and spotless."

"I liked that the Gardener's Cottage was secluded and private. The noise outside was minimal and the rooms were homey. The parking in the adjacent lot was sufficient. I really enjoyed my stay and communication through email was excellent. I had plenty of time to communicate my breakfast choices. I will definitely return when visiting this area."

"This hotel is absolutely beautiful and clean! My room was spotless, and I had the best nights sleep in the comfortable bed. Even the pillows were just right! I had to catch a flight before I could enjoy breakfast, but maybe next time. Will definitely stay here again!"

We had the King with Sofa-bed option and there was so much vacant space even with the sofa-bed pulled out. This would be great for a family with multiple kids or a pack and play crib, air mattress, etc. Everything feels new and there are so many outlets and whatnot! Also, our check-in staff member was so hospitable! I believe his name was James. Excellent! "
