"This is a lovely and well appointed home. It has a great location almost half way between Highlands and Cashiers. We enjoyed the comfortable screened in porch, hot tub, and back deck rocking chairs with great view. The bath next to each bedroom was a plus!!I highly recommend this property. "

"Clean, spacious, quiet, 5 minute drive to grocery and town center. Well equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Master has king bed. Good Wi-Fi but had to enable Wi-Fi calling in order to make and receive phone calls with Verizon. Nice enclosed deck at rear of home for outdoor grilling. Good places to take walks right from front door and staying within Shelby Community."

"The home is spacious and has lots of room to spread out. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. The bedrooms are large and beds are very comfortable. The view from the porch is gorgeous. We had a perfect stay!"

"The Canopy was the perfect spot for my family this Summer. A hidden gem away from the hot, Summer sun but close enough to lots of adventures. My teenage kids, 14 (girl) and 17(boy) had a blast white water rafting, hiking around waterfalls, zip lining and touring the area. The hosts were the absolute sweetest and most accommodating we've ever experienced. Would definitely recommend and hope to go back soon! "

"We had an amazing week here! The house was so spacious and well laid out so that our family of 6 had plenty of space. The house was so well stocked with everything we needed and wanted. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet, easily accessible without steep roads or needing 4wd. We enjoyed the local waterfalls and the country club pool. The screened decks and open air porch were so relaxing and we haven’t had a more enjoyable stay anywhere! Thanks for a wonderful vacation! "

"My family comes up to Highlands every summer and this has been the best place we've stayed. The house is gorgeous and very well maintained. There are 6 fireplaces! It was so nice to be able to retreat to the screened in porch for the nightly thunderstorm. All of the bedrooms were super comfortable. It's a little off the beaten path but only takes 10 minutes to get into town and you feel completely secluded, so best of both worlds. We definitely want to stay here again! "

"Lovely, spacious sitting area with a wonderful front porch. We had a difficult time getting into the home because the door code wasn't working, the instructions were unclear, or our ineptitude. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely like to stay again. "
