"The house was very clean and in a good neighborhood. Comfortable furniture, plenty of towels and bedding, and easy parking. My only complaint is that several things were in a state of broken, but still technically functional as long as you were careful. Towel rack, toilet paper holder, shower head, door latch (although we didn’t end up using that room, so it didn’t matter too much), and the screen in one of the windows. We also had some minor issues with the way the garbage situation is handled....

"We were in town for a family member’s wedding. This unit did exactly what we needed it to do. It was clean, had an iron, two car garage, and comfortable beds. What you should know: it states this will sleep 8, which I felt was an overstatement. There is sleeping space for 6 adults. They have a crib and sleeping mats in the unit that accommodate toddlers/smaller children. However, no sheets/bedding for them. "The apartment was clean & in a quiet neighborhood, with a little front patio that we enjoyed hanging out at while the weather was so nice! Bernarda was very sweet & prompt with communication. Needed to replace a frying pan & she had a new one to me within hours. The area is gorgeous & so close to all sorts of restaurants & grocery stores. Also, very close to Utah Lake!"
