"Motel and room were clean. The location is convenient. There are no amenities to speak of (e.g. had to request shampoo). Not even a place to sit outside. The parking was well lit in some areas. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating."

"This was the first Embassy Suites that we have stayed at. It was a very pleasant experience. Staff was great and very friendly. The atmosphere was very kid friendly. The rooms were nice. Comfortable beds, fairly clean, and I love the layout where there is a sitting room then a room for the beds. We had a beautiful view to watch the sunset. Breakfast was great, lots of variety including soda machine instead of just juice and someone there making omelets to order. We will definitely be back next...

"At 50 years old and after years of travel, I can honestly say this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The property is dirty, run-down, and offers almost no amenities beyond a standard waffle maker and coffee at breakfast. My room had several hairs on the floor and in shower, the box spring was exposed with no cover, the drywall was cracked, and there was a strange odor throughout the room. The bed was barely more comfortable than a camping pad, making for a very poor night's sleep. The only...

"The room was clean and comfortable. However whenever we flushed the toilet, we had to lift the toilet top and fix it so that it would fill the tank. Also, the elevator was working correctly. It took 6 minutes for the doors to close and then it jerked the whole time it was going up and down. We said something to the front desk and their answer was...yeah, it does that...??!!"
