"In advance, I had informed the hotel that I wanted a late check-out. When I checked in, it was possible for an additional fee, which was fine. I was also asked if I wanted to pay for parking at the hotel for my entire stay, and this was added to the total bill. However, when I checked out, I had received a parking fine, and the hotel excused themselves by saying that I had booked a late check-out. It's obvious that when you pay for everything at check-in, it should be taken care of. I politely handed the parking fine to the hotel as it was their mistake and I hope I won't hear anything more about it! I have not received any feedback from the hotel, and this is not good customer service!"
